Activities Director

As the Activities Director in our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will manage all aspects of the Activities program and staff, in order to help our residents stay mentally, socially and physically active.

Primary job responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and implementation of activities for individual residents and groups
• Supervise Activities department staff
• Document interactions with resident and/or family in the assessment and care plan
• Organize and schedule community events related to residents’ needs and interests
• Ensure the activity portion of the MDS is completed timely
