The Sports Challenge America Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that SCAs MVP team members and guests feel a sense of fun, value, and importance. The Operations Manager will shine in creating a celebratory atmosphere where guests can become Sports Legends. The Operations Manager shall maintain a high-level of attention to the property's daily sales and finances, cleanliness, safety, and the overall smooth function of all areas, while adhering to Sport Challenge Americas policies and procedure standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure optimum delivery of SCA services, balancing a pragmatic approach with the need to consistently deliver services to a standard of steady fun, excitement, and excellence
• Lead, motivate and coordinate SCA MVP team members making sure to create a culture that MVPs and our valued guests want to return to daily
• Continually teach and grow MVP team members knowledge, creating in-house opportunities and best guest service practices where guests needs are anticipated
• Support and seek ways to assist the VP of Operations in developing the business
• Responsible for events, event planning, event sales and group sales management.
• Responsible to sell Sports Challenge America offerings to guests and collect payments
• Operate in a manner in accordance with SCA policy and procedure and compliance
• Record any irregular activity through accurate, detailed reports
• Operate all SCA equipment as assigned
• Liaise with Compliance, Safety and Security management to maintain proper compliance, security, and safety measures
• Liaise with Bonita Springs Poker Room and F&B businesses making sure all businesses support best guest service offerings and practices.
• Monitor property and equipment to assure all operates in excellent condition
• Communicate with management teams to continually strive to improve performance
• Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct exceeding expectations
• Promote a safe and secure work environment
• Stay current on industry trends and advances
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ability to lift to 50lbs, stand and sit for periods of time, use computers daily
• Must be flexible and work various hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
