The Recruiting Coordinator partners with a team of Recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to provide an exceptional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, while often providing candidates with their first impression of Lucid. The ideal candidate will be an organizational guru, who would strive to work effectively with internal and external candidates. They also need to possess great communication skills (verbal and written), have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This role will be worked in a hybrid setting and will require someone to be in our South Jordan office twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule interviews by working directly with candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, and executive assistants
  • Provide consistent correspondence to candidates via phone and email on recruiting status while they are in process with our teams
  • Recognize and fix mistakes in scheduling, communication and processes quickly
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Coordinate in-office interviews and greet candidates upon arrival
  • Assist in the coordination of campus recruiting activities and other recruiting efforts as needed
  • Support and attend campus recruitment events as a representative of Lucid
  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders across the company
  • Provide assistance with other operational needs for the Talent Acquisition team and broader People & Culture department
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Experience with the Google Suite (email, calendar, docs, sheets)
  • Superb organizational skills and a team player
  • High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to process information accurately and efficiently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (both internally and externally)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and on multiple initiatives at the same time with a proven record of success
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement
  • A strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility
  • Bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 years of coordination or HR experience
  • Experience working with Greenhouse or other similar ATS
  • Experience working with Coupa or other billing systems
  • Past experience coordinating travel for visiting candidates for high-profile roles
