This position is a hybrid position working two days from home and three in the office. The primary purpose of the HR Generalist is to aid in the execution the general administrative HR duties and consulting with hiring managers on recruitment needs while developing recruitment selection criteria, and sourcing suitable candidates through a variety of channels. The HR Generalist must possess outstanding customer service skills and demonstrate the principles and core values that MBK embraces.
