Job Description
We are on the search across the Region to find the best coach for our rising athletes! Seeking Experienced Coaches for our Competitive Team athletes as well as coaches for our non-competitive beginning gymnastics classes. We have competitive athletes training levels 2 through 9 with a lot of talent and potential to continue progressing through the ranks of the USA Gymnastics developmental program! They are an excellent group of dedicated and fun kids who you will genuinely enjoy working with!
Join our team of excellent coaching staff to help train Champions! Our gym environment is very welcoming and with a family-like atmosphere.
The right candidate will have a strong prior background in coaching gymnastics. Former male or female competitive gymnasts are welcome to apply as we will train someone who we believe has special potential. The right applicant must be dependable, enjoy working with children, naturally energetic, and a positive thinker. The person we are seeking must believe in educating physical fitness and promoting confidence to kids of all ages and abilities.
Experience For Team Coaching Candidates Required:
- Coaching Competitive Gymnastics: 1-5 years or more
- High level coaching experience needed for our upper level optionals
- We must receive references from previously coached athletes and families
- Previously competitive gymnast, dancer or cheerleader
Experience helpful but not required for recreational level coaches. We will train the right candidate for the job if needed!
We are seeking multiple candidates either part-time or full time positions. Hours include week day mornings 8 am to noon, afternoons 1 to 5 or evenings 4-9 pm or combination of these shifts throughout the week and/or Saturday mornings (9am -12 pm).
Compensation: $18-$35/hour. Compensation depends upon coaching experience and levels coached. Full time, part time, hourly and salary options available. Contract Signing Bonuses available for Team Coach positions.
