Mayvue is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. As a company, we are in a unique position. Responsibilities:

• Strong skills creating technical user manuals and how-to guides
• Create compliance test reports and prepare test plan
• Provides technical support by producing technical documentation for internal users and customers on how to effectively use customized web-based applications.
• Writes technical specifications for web interface
• Gather business requirements from product team to define, design, and author comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements
• Elicit documentation for business and technical workflows/diagrams
• Collaborate with other team members on interdepartmental activities

Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with technical writing or content writing for software
• Technical experience related to web development or software development.
• Experience writing customer-facing content in a professional setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
