Maybury Material Handling is looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our Parts Department as a Parts Associate on either 1st or 2nd shift. This is an in-office position where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks which may include:

• Processing parts orders through our work order system from our customers and Maybury Service Technicians; includes sourcing parts, placing orders with vendors as well as helping to determine the correct part needed.
• Assisting our Service Department by adding parts and other needed information to Service quotes.
• Processing parts transfers in our system to ensure accurate and timely parts replenishments for our Service Technician’s vans.
• Working with teammates to cycle count our in-house and service van parts inventories.
• Processing parts warranty returns, core returns, purchase orders, etc.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience. Parts knowledge and/or experience working with parts is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required as well as strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
