HireArt is helping a leader in autonomous vehicle technology hire Autonomous Vehicle Operators to help with executing testing and data collection while driving its vehicles.
The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, highly organized, attentive to detail, and customer-oriented with a passion for new technologies.

As an Autonomous Vehicle Operator, you'll:

• Interact on a daily basis with the (Test and Vehicle) T&V team.
• Execute test cases by driving and following the test instructions.
• Check the safety condition of vehicles daily.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles at regular intervals or as needed.
• Operate according to traffic safety procedures and safe driving practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• 3 years driving experience, with a clean driving record
• Comfort with driving Autonomous Vehicles
• Methodical and process-oriented
• Organized and able to document daily summaries
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers is a plus

Commitment: This is a part-time (15-25 hours per week), 6-month, ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt and based in Ann Arbor, MI. It is available to candidates who are local to the Ann Arbor area.
