Primary Objective:

Our Labor Foreman coordinates, supervises, and ensures the safety and productivity of crews on-site for insulation application construction projects. As a key participant in the relationship with the client/general contractor, the Foreman is the management liaison and client interface. The Foreman has experience in operating construction equipment and using a variety of hand and power tools.

• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
• Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems
• Maintain all required paperwork for responsible work sites including documentation of timecards/production quantities using work orders
• Manages crew to ensure they are completing tasks accurately the first time
• Ensures all equipment and tools are secure at the end of the day.

About You:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of construction experience running a labor crew.
• Must have a basic knowledge hand tools and reading a tape measure.
• Spray foam insulation experience, 
• Reliable and always on time.
• Ability to drive to various project sites.
• Has ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
