The Retail Sales Associate plays an important role in supporting the entire sales operation by providing staff coverage for the store, managing the parts counter, managing all sales support materials and maintaining a clean and orderly showroom. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers with their needs for chemicals, filters, parts and similar items. This position assists customers looking for spas, fitness equipment, barbeque grills, and other high-ticket items. This position inventories and manages all parts and chemicals as well as all sales support materials such as brochures and product samples. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for merchandising the showroom, under the direction of the General Manager, by creating attractive new displays on a regular basis. The Retail Sales Associate is also responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and well lighted showroom.
This position will serve as a training ground for gaining essential product knowledge and technical expertise needed by a Sales Representative.

Education and Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience with pool and spa products preferred

Must be able to perform the following functions, with or without accommodations:
- Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages

- Move throughout the showroom and in the other areas of the business
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
