Overview

MaxHome, the Gulf Coast region's most trusted and reputable home improvement company, is seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. If you are ambitious, charismatic, and have a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want you to be a part of our success story!

As an Outside Sales Representative for MaxHome, you will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. Average annual earnings for our Outside Sales Representatives are between $90,000 - $120,000 and top performers make upwards of $250K.

Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed. We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best – selling!

Benefits of the position:

  • This is a Base UNCAPPED Commission Bonus position
  • ALL leads are provided to you, no cold calling or door knocking! 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments a day!
  • PAID training! $1,000/week!

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
  • In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!
  • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
  • Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persurasive personality
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Works successfully without requiring close supervision
  • Road warrior; own a reliable vehicole, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road!
