Overview

MaxHome, backed by Renuity, is launching its latest product lines and hiring an Administrative Assistant to support its Marketing Team. This role is a remote/hybrid opportunity requiring minimal office time, offering an hourly rate of $19.00 and a flexible, hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks: 

  • Generate weekly Field Marketing staff schedules
  • Complete bi-weekly payroll preparation and bonuses for accounting and review with Field Marketing Managers before submission
  • Correct and manage timecards for all hourly field marketing employees
  • Generate performance reports daily for each promoter and team for all MaxHome offices with Field Marketing teams (TX, LA, MS, AL, FL)
  • Complete administrative tasks as required

Event and Retail Marketing:

  • Ensure that event distribution sheets are accurate and updated with all details on critical contacts, location, setup details, and any notes that may impact setup or breakdown
  • Research and review area events regularly in TX, LA, MS, AL, FL and review with the Field Marketing Manager
  • Conduct calls with each event's production company upon initial booking months before the event, 2 weeks before event and week before the event to ensure all information collected at booking is accurate and complete for MaxHome's production and marketing teams
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing managers to maintain show and events calendar and ensure budgeted information is ready 1 month prior for the marketing department to plan the following month's budgets

Qualifications

  • Highly experienced using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with managing schedules, keeping high levels of organization
  • Accuracy, acute attention to detail
  • Flexibility
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, process/deadline-driven environment in collaboration with multiple teams
  • Excellent communication skills
