Case Management services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, which provides support, advocacy, and education to promote independence. Experience or interest in working with adults with a mental health diagnosis desired. Multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurses and social workers. A minimum degree required is an Associate’s Degree in Human Services or a BA in Psychology or related field of study.
