JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for various maintenance and repair projects at our corporate building and all the retail stores.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Light patchwork and painting

· Assist in emergency situations specifically calls after hours

· Set up show cases at stores

· General building/store repairs

· Lifting, stocking of supplies, cleanup, and moving materials and tools

· Clean, repair and trouble shoot to fix machines in Factory

· Landscape maintenance

· Janitorial services as needed

· Operate machinery

· Special renovation projects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

· Ability to lift 50-100 pounds

· Clean driving record

· Stand for long periods

· Bend, squat, twist to small and awkward areas

· Work in different environment indoor/outdoor and various temperatures

Education/Experience:

· Electrical, plumbing, carpentry experience preferred

· 1 year related experience involving building trades or operation and service to buildings and facilities or equivalent.
