**Training salary $55,000-$65,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through coaching and developing sales professionals
- Responsible for your team’s excellent customer service
- Manage local marketing outreach efforts
- Ensure the showroom and exterior of the building is clean and professional
- Manage your store staff, scheduling and aid in recruiting
- Partner with logistics teams to assist coordinating product deliveries/installations
- Advise inventory teams and help with basic accounting reconciliation
