The Importance of this Role
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in Matic's continued success by leading, coaching and inspiring a team of sales representatives.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and develop inside sales representatives and licensed insurance agents
- Hold agents accountable to achieving certain levels of performance across established metrics
- Achieve objectives through effective performance management of their team
- Work effectively with senior leadership to execute on company OKRs
- Lead presentations about the agency for a variety of audiences
- Provide feedback about agency technology, leads, carriers, and customer experience
- Participate in process improvement projects as needed
- Accomplish additional assigned tasks as needed
What You Offer
- Minimum of 2-years of contact center sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in selling or managing personal insurance products
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills; able to use data to drive performance
- Ability to develop and motivate agents
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- College degree in relevant field preferred

- 2 years of insurance or mortgage related experience
