POSITION SUMMARY
Mathy Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated individual for the Business Systems Manager position. The position is full time.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Working with business units to analyze business operations and determine which software applications could improve efficiency.
• Act as a liaison to the business units and IT departments to manage, maintain, install, and update software solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of the computer networking and other technical skills that allow for problem resolution of software solutions.
• Deep working knowledge of SQL Server, database design and maintenance, reporting and extracting data efficiently from SQL Server.
• Manage third party development teams on software projects that will deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Project Management skills that will allow for successful roll-out and implementations of large- and small-scale projects.
• Documenting software solutions for internal users, IT Technicians and third-party development teams.
• Keeping up with installed software solutions and determining when systems need to be upgraded, patched, and replaced.
• Ability to help develop solutions that give good user experience as well as utilize tools and infrastructure already in place as often as possible.
• Procure, renew and manage the application software license assets of the company.
• Perform application technical support to end users as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor s degree and at least five years experience in the IT field.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must possess strong organizational skills.
• Valid Driver s License.
• Experience with IT Information Library (ITIL) and Change Management process
• Understanding of security concepts and best practices around application/data access and design
• Knowledge of SharePoint landscape, SharePoint lists and web enabled O365 SharePoint components.
• Experience in maintaining and building solutions in the Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
