Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Contract to Hire

Palo Alto, CA.

20 hours per week – transitions to 40 hours per week if converted

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule multiple stages of the talent acquisition interview process, while prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and timely interview process.
• Provide exceptional customer service both internally (recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, employees, etc.) and externally (candidates, agencies, etc.).
• Prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Cultivate and maintain positive cross-functional relationships.
• Convey information to all parties in a professional and efficient manner.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:

• 1 years of experience scheduling interviews and/or managing calendars in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (experience with Lever is a plus).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Palo Alto, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
