Team Overview:
The Marketing team is responsible for generating leads for our sales team. Our goal is to scale media buying in excess of $5M per month while maintaining high lead quality and ROI.
Right now, our person Marketing team consists of:

We are looking to more than triple the size of the team over the next twelve months.
Position Overview:
As a junior graphic designer at Masterworks, you will be an important contributor to the marketing team. This is a role for a self-starter who has the hunger to take their vision and make it a reality. You will focus primarily on expressions of the brand identity, such as digital marketing campaigns, paid social, native, and email channels. Candidates should be curious about stretching their capabilities, have an obsessive attention to design detail, and a nuanced understanding of today’s internet culture and trends.
