JOB Brief

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

Master-Caregivers are looking for caring, competent, and qualified Personal Support Worker(s) to provide support for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. An ideal candidate would be patient, friendly, and have good interpersonal skills.

Shift Schedules:

Monday - Friday, and possible weekends

** Schedules varies due to depending on when the client needs services**

DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION REQUIRED

Prerequisite skills and qualifications for the duties of this job include:

  • Strong organizational skills while being able to maintain high standards under pressure
  • ability to adapt to change and remain flexible
  • Accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various types of patients/clients.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to work well as an independent collaborator and as a team
  • Ability to comply with standards policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Ability to use computer programs to keep accurate documentation and records
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Education and Training Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
