• A healthy compensation plan. Augusta Exchange has a base pay of $21 per service hour plus tips with adjustments for expierenced therapists and education. Full time providers can recieve differnent perks with working at our location such as health benefits, medical insurance, vision and dental insurance, employee of the month is able to have one free hour session, and PTO. Our location also offers new student loan payment program. Full time providers are able to have one weekend off a month and are able to make their own schedules.

• Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school under their belts and a certificate of completion, meet licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state, and are able to pass a background and reference
• Growth pursuers, who are willing to continue education to build on their modality mastery.
• Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session to achieve the goals of each service.
