• We are a company that offers stability and diversity: We are a 17-year-old local, woman-owned business with a robust clientele. 15 of our 24 Licensed Massage Therapists have more than 10 years of experience. 12 of our therapists have been with us for five to fifteen years.
• Our newest massage therapists are surrounded by a support team and senior therapists that get joy from brainstorming and sharing what they know.
• Many of our providers have a private practice in addition to their job, and we support that! You can pursue your dreams, and we're proud to help you accomplish them.
• Your schedule is booked and carefully managed by our well-trained and supportive Front Desk staff. Don't worry about keeping your schedule full. We'll do that for you.
• We have hydraulic tables, BiPolar Ionization and UVC air purification and filtration, medically-laundered linens, comfortable scrubs to work in, and custom-formulated massage emollients.

What it Takes to Succeed

Ideal Candidate:

Well-skilled professionals, or new graduates who meet the licensing requirements for massage therapy in Washington State and are able to pass a background and reference check.

• Licensed Massage Therapists who are thirsty for knowledge, seeking to build on their modality mastery.
• Great communicators who listen carefully to identify needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected throughout the session.
• Total body care champions who naturally recommend follow-up visits as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
• Great teammates who show up on time, ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.
