Overview

Massage Envy is looking for a Business Analyst to compile data from multiple streams and organize it to draw simplified learnings out of complex data. You will be responsible for tracking marketing spending, KPI’s, and identifying customer insights through multiple sources to identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive business results.

What We'll Accomplish Together

Essential Functions

• Utilize various software packages to extract, compile, and present business results, analytical insights, and recommendations using reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Leverage all available data to identify insights around identified business trends and customer profile/segmentation behaviors
• Understanding of datasets/databases and partner closely with business analytics and IT data teams to identify new data sources or tools
• Manage manipulate large, raw datasets into a meaningful / and actionable analyses
• Identify marketing and business level opportunities based on learnings and insights
• Create and distribute marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPI’s) and trends in network performance by campaign or initiative
• Simplify findings into summaries and visuals to provide high-level insights for executives
• Provide post event/launch learnings
• Manage relationships with external marketing analytics vendors
• Monitor competitive data and activity across available sources and identify trends and opportunities
• Collect and summarize relevant industry insights from public sources
• Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in data analytics or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience with SQL, Salesforce, Web Focus, and Tableau is a plus
• Strong analytics skills with an understanding of Google Analytics, Web, and CRM analytics
• Organized with self-initiative and passion to explore data for additional learnings
• Outstanding oral & written communication skills coupled with an ability to articulate clearly
• Self-directed with the ability to exercise independent judgment
• Strong ability to build relationships
• Occasional travel may be required
• Hybrid work model, flexible work from home options available
