We built MasonHub from the ground up to support and scale rising, omnichannel brands that prioritize the customer experience. Rather than force retailers to adapt to outmoded and inefficient software, MasonHub is uniquely engineered to optimize inventory management and shipping. We have a roster of 35 clients and growing including disruptive activewear retailer Carbon38 and luxury size-inclusive ecommerce destination 11 Honoré.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner with warehouse experience to help scale our rapid growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with site managers for current and future business needs
• Work both independently and in a team to accomplish human capital needs
• Consult with managers on staffing / market trends
• Perform administration duties such as:
  • Pre-employment administration (offer letters, background screenings, drug tests, new hire forms)
  • New hire on-boarding paperwork
• Facilitate the new hire orientation/on-boarding
• Support Talent Management projects when needed
• Give site tours
• Develop relationships with key community partners for developing additional talent pipelines
• Open to continuous development in the scope of Human Capital strategy
• Help promote company brand
• Provide HR generalist support (i.e. benefit enrollment, payroll log in, payroll entries, process HR docs)
• Maintain compliance with EEO and state and federal employment laws

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7 years experience as an HR business partner in warehouse
• Experience with non-exempt employee group and CA compliance
• Successful at building relationships and growing partnerships with internal business customers
• Preferred experience in logistics and warehousing
• Experience with public speaking and communicating effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources
