WHAT IS THE JOB?

As the Special Events Associate, you are the program's central nervous system, with a direct impact on our high customer service levels by maintaining the accuracy, organization, and timely flow of inventory & customer orders. You will oversee the current assortment of product while also managing the alterations process and the fulfillment of customer orders. You will also assist in the communication with our growing customer base while maintaining our brand standards and identifying ways to improve our operational processes. This is an hourly, non-exempt position based in our HQ offices in Atlanta, GA.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Processing all incoming and outgoing products from a systematic standpoint:
  • Customer Merchandise Transfers and Direct Shipments
  • Current Product Replenishment/New Product Releases
  • Inventory Transfer Verification
  • Backorder Management
  • Inventory Adjustments: MOS (Marked Out of Stock)
• Responsible for all omni-channel order fulfillment from your store.
• Leading the store's annual Physical Inventory audit.
• Managing inventory integrity through weekly enterprise cycle counts, variances, negative quantity investigation, and inventory audits.
• Executing and leading efficient sale prep and end-of-sale processes.
• Monitoring and ordering of all necessary store supplies.
• Managing current product assortment:
  • Ensuring timely delivery of product for trunk shows
  • Replenishing product in between trunk shows
  • Adding & receiving new product as needed
  • Editing and removing product no longer needed in current assortment
• Daily oversight of the alterations process:
  • Placing orders into the alterations queue and tracking for on time completion
  • Verifying completion and shipping items to customer with tracking notification
  • Updating customers on file measurements
  • Logging alterations codes to reflect workload
• Maintaining a high level of customer service:
  • Assisting in oversight of OTR email inbox
  • Taking and placing new orders
  • Keeping customers informed with status of orders
  • Setting appointments for upcoming trunk shows
  • Traveling for in-person sales at trunk shows (as needed)
