Overview:

Marucci Sports is looking for a creative and highly motivated Digital Designer to join our Digital Marketing Department. As an integral part of the Digital Marketing Department, the Digital Designer is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads. The Digital Designer will also provide in-house graphic support for Marucci, Victus and Lizard Skins' marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
• Work with e-commerce team and internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
• Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
• Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging and brand-consistent web experiences.
• Continually improve and optimize user experience for sites.
• Work with Digital Marketing Team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
• Ensure creative deadlines are met by working effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand equity and proper execution of said marketing materials.
• Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
• Provide design support for other designers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Formal qualifications in graphic design or relevant discipline with a strong passion for digital and web design
• Possesses a strong portfolio in digital and/or print
• Expertise using such software tools as Photoshop, Illustrator, CSS, and HTML
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional eye for quality and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility
• Photography and video shooting/editing a plus but not required
• Knowledge of baseball rules, players, teams, etc. is not required.
