Marucci Sports has an opportunity for an Information Technology Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations of the IT department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staff schedules
• Manage service desk staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising performance
• Manage ITSM/ticketing systems/tools
• Maintain SLAs
• Review current major incidents, scheduled outages and business affecting events
• Follow-up tickets/incidents for customer satisfaction and user feedback

Experience & Education

• Three years of help desk experience with increasing levels of responsibility and ticket escalation.
• Thorough knowledge of the functional area and experience trouble-shooting complex IT problems and contributing to the development of processes and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
