Marucci Sports has an an opportunity available for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This role is responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial analysis and reports as defined by management, which may include various financial statements, operational analysis, and company budgets and forecasts.

In this role you will...

• Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses that guides the organization in maintaining and improving its profitability.
• Build and develop relationships and act as a liaison with cross functional business partners to achieve financial results for area of responsibility and total company.
• Develop financial models using a broad range of tools and programs that provide senior leaders with timely insights to trends and growth drivers.
• Provide weekly guidance for projections during month, quarter and fiscal year on sales, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, borrowings/paydowns, etc.
• Lead creation of timely board reports for monthly financial and quarterly Board meetings.
• Lead special analysis where needed for various operations including time studies of manufacturing operations (wood and custom printing), international operations, and other key areas where monitoring of performance vs expectations will need reporting.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team on a variety of initiatives, including but not limited to the month end close process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related major
• 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• General willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft NAV/Business Central preferred
