Summary: The Mechanical Engineering Intern will provide support to the Engineering Department. The Engineering Internship will run through the summer months with flexible start and end dates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as assigned.
- Think logically and reasonably to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Understand department needs and seek clarification when needed.
- Work with AutoCADD program.
- Compose Engineering documents regarding design and layouts.
- Take Measurements and create designs.
- Adheres to and enforces safety, food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
- Reports food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or GED;

Currently attending accredited institution pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering .
Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office ; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
