MARTIN Technologies is Hiring a Quality Control Technician - 2nd Shift Near Toledo, OH

We are adding Quality Control Technicians to our Toledo Campus. Positions are available for entry level through leadership. We have a dynamic environment supporting opportunities for team members to work on a variety of unique projects. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform work as outlined in project plan with efficiency and accuracy
  • Material inspection / validation per work instructions
  • Kitting per work instructions 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow workflow process and work instructions
  • Track and report progress on provided worksheet
  • Meet delivery timing for assignments
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Maintain customer and program confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:

  • Able to read and follow Standard Work Instructions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Manufacturing or warehouse environment: 1 year (preferred)
  • Ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, climb stairs as needed
  • Detail oriented, organized and efficient
  • Focus on Safety and Quality
  • Reliable – must report and be engage as scheduled
  • Great attitude toward work and learning

  • Digital Database - entry & query
  • Experience with various measuring tools (scale/ruler/tape measure, calipers, gauges, micrometer, multimeter, other)
