MARTIN Technologies is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Novi, MI

MARTIN Technologies is a full-service engineering and manufacturing company. Our culture is built on our rich history in motorsports and engineering expertise. We are excited to announce expansion of our Vehicle Processing Services business segment, and we are seeking a knowledgeable and proficient Administrative Assistant to support the program.

The Administrative Assistant will be involved in assisting the Vehicle Processing Department with customer outreach, finance & invoicing, account reconciliation, and general office & administrative tasks. A successful candidate will have knowledge of manufacturing in an automotive manufacturing setting, be able to work in diverse departments such as HR, Finance, & Business Development, be able to communicate with multiple MARTIN facilities through email/phone and virtual meetings, and be able to help guide the team to success.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Vehicle Processing Department
  • Assisting the corporate Finance department – budgets, invoicing, reconciliations
  • Provide executive summaries to CEO, VP, and Program Managers
  • Maintain project timing and deliverables
  • Initiate safety protocols
  • Maintain supplier and customer partnerships
  • Maintain cohesive work environment
  • General administrative duties to help the program succeed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in Administrative or Office Management, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of administrative experience
  • 3 years of automotive or manufacturing administrative experience
  • Superb communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
