The Camp Transformation Center Monrovia is part of a brand of fitness centers located throughout the United States. The goal is to become the most iconic brand in the industry. We strive to provide our members with a unique workout experience providing services and products to help our members achieve fitness transformations. Our location is searching for the right candidate to help us achieve this goal.
WHO WE ARE?
Our studio is an upbeat environment during our session with energetic music, members working hard, and having fun. Our sessions are 1 hour long and we strive to engage our members in conversations about their goals and help them one day at time by creating suggestive service and product opportunities that will help them reach those goals. We like to focus on reaching goals, helping our members, and having fun whenever possible.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone that is energetic, loves to make conversation, and isn't afraid to make suggestive sales to help us reach our sales goals. We are wanting goal oriented people that find a way to achieve at a high level. We will train you, you just need to bring the personality and drive. We are primarily looking to hire people to work 5am to10:30am Monday- Friday or 4:45pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 6:30am-11:00am. For 20-25 hours per week.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We start our entry level front desk at $15.50 an hour and have created a bonus structure that isn't capped that will have you making more based on how well you and the team preform. We are always looking for way to incentivize and reward our team as we continue to grow. You will be provided a staff membership to join sessions when you are not scheduled to work, we also have a 401(k) plan available (upon qualification). After the probationary period you will also be provided a free buddy membership for an immediate relative or spouse or a reduced membership for a non relative or loved one.
