Job Title: Test Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Content Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test cases for various software features and components. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. This role requires strong coding skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a quality-oriented mindset.

• Design and Develop Test Cases: Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios for various software features and components to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Debug and Troubleshoot: Investigate and debug software issues and defects using various tools and techniques, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining software integrity.
• Report Test Results: Accurately document and report test results, defects, and issues in a clear and concise manner using defect tracking tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high software quality and customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for software enhancement and identify areas for improvement in existing test frameworks.
• Code Development: Contribute to the development of software testing tools and frameworks; use coding skills in Python and other languages to automate testing processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Windows software testing and system debugging.
• Strong experience with Python and other programming languages for automating tests and debugging issues.
• Familiarity with testing tools and defect-tracking systems.
• Experience in software development related to testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to software quality.

• Experience working with CapitalOne or similar financial institutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency in automated testing and creating test scripts for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
