To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage (m/f/d) full-time as soon as possible.

This is what your day looks like:

• Management of the entire F&B team
• Responsibility for all F&B outlets of the hotel, especially for the design of the F&B offer, innovative sales concepts and the satisfaction of the employees
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaints management
• Planning and control of the budget and preparation of forecasts
• Coordinating and ensuring the efficient cooperation of the departments
• Support and contact person for the department managers in the coordination of employees
• Maintaining or optimizing the high quality standards and work processes
• Responsibility for HACCP in your area of responsibility

What we want from you:

• Completed training in the hotel industry and operational F&B experience
• Several years of professional experience in the same or similar position with leadership experience
• Strong leadership personality and excellent manners
• Social competence, organizational and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
