Marrina Decisions is Hiring a Remote Marketing Operations Manager (REMOTE IN US)

We are looking for a responsible Marketing Enthusiast who is an expert in managing the Marketing team. in building programs and managing the marketing technology systems.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens or able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship! This is for one of our premium clients and you can get a chance to work with most brilliant and innovative teams and if onsite you get to work in the best work environment and workplace in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

This role of Project Manager - Marketing Operations is to manage resources and projects from inception to completion, including campaign analysis, data analyst success metrics and reporting. Partners with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to develop campaigns that include but not limited to marketing automation direct mail, email, trade show and/or event marketing. Manage programs to positively impact business prospects, customers and our internal organization’s perception.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages all the projects, communicates the timelines and meets all the deadlines.
  • Marketing Agency experience is preferred
  • Client Success thought process
  • Creates tactical marketing plans for specific campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and successfully manages the execution of those plans
  • Partners with field marketing and customer experience organizations to design local and national marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Work with team to review program requirements and identify areas of optimization, update progress on email marketing campaign and programs and guide development team as an Subject Matter Expert
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects or multiple clients if needed
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations in support of critical business needs and goals
  • Must have experience with managing large sets of data. Maintaining good data health and quality
  • Assess ad hoc analytic project requests and determine the best approach and team members to support.
  • Advise marketing operations functions on data requirements necessary to perform the desired analysis
  • Great slides and presentation skills are MUST
  • Excellent Project Plan and project status management is MUST
  • Ensure that data findings are appropriately visualized in a way that will resonate with stakeholders and clearly highlight implications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

  • Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Must possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong complex project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage priorities, set and meet deadlines, and manage budgets for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously
  • Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically
  • Ability to motivate and supervise others

Related Work Experience

3 yearsof Industry experience in Project Management experience

5 yearsof Industry experience in Marketing Automation, B2B marketing, technology

or related industries

2 yearsof Experience in managing integrated marketing and Marketo

Management experience

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience

PMP is plus

Must Haves:

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment matrix organization
  • Program and project management skill is MUST
  • 3-5 years of Marketing Automation Experience with 2-3 years of Marketo Experience
  • Must be self-motivated, passionate about Marketing Automation, and enjoys learning and growing
  • Team player
  • Marketing Data and analysis is MUST
  • Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting. Must be able to create awesome slides for executive review
  • Lead nurturing and lead scoring roll out good to have
