Marketing Associates is Hiring an Analytics Manager Near Dearborn, MI

About You: Responsible for managing a cross functional analytics team and providing oversight of analytic deliverables to the business. Deliverables include (but are not limited to) sales and business performance reporting, marketing program analytics, dealer and customer analytics. Strategic ad hoc analyses to support overall business strategy, improved customer experience and retention as well as day to day business decisions. Work with business partners to identify analytic needs, understand key business challenges and answer key business questions while working with analytics team members to deliver insights. What You'll Need: Subject Matter Expertise in sales and marketing program measurement performance Business Performance Metrics and Reporting Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Qlik, Hadoop and Microsoft Office preferred. Familiarity with automotive service and parts business Experience analyzing marketing campaign results (e.g., incremental sales, net profit, ROI) Ability to query, join, manipulate data (e.g., create new variables as needed), automate processes Experience meeting with clients directly to understand business needs and discuss findings Ability to create PowerPoints containing graphs and insights into findings Customer profiling experience Ability to present findings to the client and team meetings Highly proficient utilizing SQL and Alteryx, tableau, Qlik, etc. to manipulate, arrange, query and present data Experience with complex problem solving – data manipulation, data quality, data modeling, statistical analysis and/or reporting Excellent interpersonal skills with people at all management and organizational levels Ability to respond in an effective and timely manner Subject matter expert in an analytics specialty BA / BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Econometrics or Computer Science, Analytics Min 5-year experiences as analytics team lead Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, vacations, and more.
