MARKETING ALLIANCE, INC. is Hiring a Human Resource Administrator Near Dalton, GA

Human Resources Administrator

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing support to all HR site managers of Dalton Operations. The Administrator is first point of contact for many HR inquiries and manages onboarding. This position also assists HR Managers throughout Marketing Alliance Group with the administration of programs such as employee training, tracking of leaves of absence and processing of various reports.

HR Administrator Functions and Responsibilities

  • Track temporary employee assignments for GA locations: submit requests and track staffing agency orders
  • Add temps to TimeStar and assign them to proper location, department, shift, supervisor
  • Track and Approve time for temp labor
  • Assist with time approvals to prepare for payroll each week
  • Report time to proper temp staffing agencies by location
  • Assist with temp to hire: verify hours, apply online, complete onboarding
  • Responsible for onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Complete and Process termination forms, sends separation notices, uploads documents to Paycor: collecting IDs, finish hiring process in Paycor, add them to TimeStar
  • Serves as a first point of contact for HR Department phone, email inquiries, and traffic
  • Manages training programs and tracking of training records
  • Assist with ongoing projects and participates in HR projects assigned
  • Go to multiple locations as needed
  • Conducts Forklift Training/ Recertification
  • Upload documents in Paycor as needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English, Spanish)
  • Strong administrative, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discrete manner
  • Advanced computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player who works well with others
