What we are building: 

• We are looking for systems specialists for our New York and LA offices with extensive experience in their career in a variety of environments and technologies. The ideal candidate will have roles in desktop support, networking, systems, database administration, IaaS, and SaaS administration, progressing toward more senior positions such as architecture, design, and solutions integration.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with IT leadership to deliver a complete and robust IT infrastructure
• Act as team lead providing mentoring and guidance to desktop support team
• Manage IT projects such as application deployments, operating system upgrades, or merger and acquisition integrations
• Analyze and develop IT solutions based on business needs and gaps
• Collaborate with global team to architect, implement and support enterprise hardware and software systems
• Business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution
• Administer/architect infrastructure platforms including Office 365 and other SaaS applications, LAN and WAN, telephony, MDM, endpoints, and infrastructure hardware
• T3 escalation point and ownership of desktop, production issues or outages through Zendesk
• Create and update network and platform diagrams, SOPs, KB articles, and end-user documentation
• Process improvement, streamlining, and consolidating
• Research and develop future Infrastructure platforms

Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of computer networking, including IP addressing and subnetting, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, routing, and switch/firewall configuration
• Comprehensive knowledge of integrating and managing Microsoft Windows 10/11, Apple Mac OS, Windows Server in an enterprise
• Extensive knowledge of Office 365 architecture and administration within components such as Azure AD, Teams, Exchange, Endpoint Manager/Intune
• Experience with IaaS administration, including AWS and Azure and Okta
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and IT Service Management as well as applications that operationalize them, such as Zendesk
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, account provisioning using tools like Azure AD or Okta
• Experience with IaaS administration, including AWS and Azure and Okta
• Azure, Cisco, AWS, OKTA certifications nice to have
• Workspace One experience with both PC and Mac
• SQL experience with queries and backups
• NetSuite experience
