Job Description

Mark Young Construction, LLC (MYC) has an excellent opportunity for a Employee Relations Manager, based in or near Frederick, Colorado. The Employee Relations Manager is focused on the employee.  He/she works directly with MYC employees at all levels to create an engaging environment for the employee.  Specific areas include employee engagement, employee relations, internal communications, employee development, employee recognition, new employee orientation and onboarding, and change management. This position is a key component of maintaining the culture at MYC, and providing an environment that is reliable and predictable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Employee Recognition
  • Internal Communications
  • HRMS/Compliance

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Minimum four years of related HR experience.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certificate preferred.
  • Must be bilingual 
  • This position will average 50% of the week in the office and 50% of the week in the field (with travel in and outside Colorado)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range is $80-$85k plus bonus
  • Paid medical, dental and vision (dependents are extra)
  • 401k
  • Weekly paycheck
