Mark Young Construction, LLC (MYC) has an excellent opportunity for a Employee Relations Manager. The Employee Relations Manager is focused on the employee. He/she works directly with MYC employees at all levels to create an engaging environment for the employee. Specific areas include employee engagement, employee relations, internal communications, employee development, employee recognition, new employee orientation and onboarding, and change management. This position is a key component of maintaining the culture at MYC, and providing an environment that is reliable and predictable.
