Mark's Overhead Door Sales and Service, LLC is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Topeka, KS

We are currently seeking an office administrator for handling clerical support in the area of accounts receivable (A/R). Ideal candidate will have excellent communication, A/R background and organizational skills . You will be, multi-tasking, doing outbound calls for A/R's when needed and other communications with customers, as well as scheduling, managing files, and creating invoices, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general administrative duties. You will work directly with the General Manager & Financial Controller. We offer Aflac, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, cell phone allowance. Salary depends on experience.

Office Assistant Responsibilities/Requirements

Handling inter office communications

Organization

Help to write policies and procedures

Working with the advertisement specialists

Ordering/Maintaining supplies and inventory

Scanning, Filing

One time task and visionary work

Direct support to the CEO and Financial Controller

Accounts receivable collections

Ordering and tracking office supplies

Microsoft Office

Quickbooks

Excellent verbal and written communication required

High school diploma or GED

Previous office experience preferred

Ability to greet customers in a professional, courteous manner

Good verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude

Self motivated and good people skills
