Duties:
- Carve and slice meat products according to customer preferences and portion sizes
- Ensure the quality and presentation of the meat products meet company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of meat products
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and handling
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the meat carving station

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting
- Strong basic math skills for portioning and pricing meat products accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer demands
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for order processing
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe handling practices
- Ability to upsell and recommend additional products to customers
- Proficiency in retail math for cash register transactions

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
