Marcum Search LLC is Hiring a Law Firm Recognitions/Awards Specialist Near New York, NY

Marcum Search has an opening with a leading international law firm in NYC for a Recognitions Specialist to assist with their submission and content strategy for the Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000 awards programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with elevating the firm’s recognitions content strategy and implementation
• Coordinate and manage the creation of materials for recognition related interviews
• Assume the role of editor and writer for submissions when required while allowing ample time for development of captivating submissions
• Monitor and compare the firm’s recognition efforts with competitors
• A deep understanding of the intricacies of Chambers and Legal 500 along with the factors influencing rankings
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, including attention to detail and proofreading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• At least 3 years of experience with Chambers and/or Legal 500 submissions
• At least 5 years of writing experience and editing experience
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced legal research skills such as Lexis Nexis or MediaMap

For job requisitions posted to certain locations, Marcum Search is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range. This compensation range is specific to certain locations and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $$82,300 - $116,050 annually.
