- Attend to users on site in the different areas of MIU, for the proper functioning of the headquarters equipment and facilities.
- Give face-to-face resolution of user incidents.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Give resolution of hardware and software faults.
- Perform the installation and configuration of peripherals, accessories and network elements.
- Network (domain computers, IP telephony, creation of new positions).
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and MAC client operating systems, Office 365, networks in Windows environments, hardware.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Linux and MAC will be valued.
