Marathon Staffing is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Client in Stockton, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications :

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
