Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to support from its near-site employer-sponsored health and wellness center in Dodge City, KS.

You’ll treat individuals and families (ages 3 ) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ― all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.

Responsibilities

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Marathon Health, you’ll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.

In addition to patient-care responsibilities, you’ll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center’s staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care/family practice setting
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
  • Current and unrestricted state licensure
