Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to treat and work with the participants and families (ages 2 ) of our client at their health and wellness center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This is a 40 hour per week position with full benefits. No on-call. We offer excellent salary and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.
This position operates on three week rotational schedule as follows:
Monday and Friday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.
Wednesday and Friday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Saturday: 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Monday and Wednesday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday - 8:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.
Friday - 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Saturday - OFF

The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care services, conducting onsite health risk assessments, providing wellness education, supporting individual lifestyle changes, and helping individuals manage their chronic conditions.
The position may also be responsible for the oversight of the care delivered by the medical assistants within the Marathon Health Center. Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the center’s staff is a key ingredient to success in this position.
