Manuel's Mexican Food is looking for highly motivated individuals who have strong customer service skills and thrive in a fast paced work environment. As a food bartender at Manuel's, you would be expected to be able to perform the following tasks:
-Ensure quality service to a diverse customer base
-Provide guests with information on food and beverage selections
-Use sales techniques to help restaurant achieve sales goals
-Have a thorough understanding of cocktail recipes and mixology
-Have an understanding of current AZ liquor laws
-Follow safety regulations and procedures
