Manth Mfg is Hiring a CNC Machinist Near Tonawanda, NY
Description
Manth is seeking operator / setup and advanced CNC Machinists at our machine shop in Tonawanda. Candidates with Swiss, Milling, Turning or Grinding experience in a CNC machinery are encouraged to apply. Positions are available on 1st & 2nd shift.
Duties include:
- Setup and operate CNC machinery from blueprints.
- Edit programs at the machine, when needed.
- Check parts for accuracy according to blueprints.
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Identify product defects.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Machining experience required
- Able to use measuring equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, etc.
- Must be able to follow directions and perform work safely, accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem
- Ability to interpret, edit, and program efficiently, when required
- Machinist tools required
