Manta HealthTech is a 24/7 tech watchdog medical tech support company that monitors our client’s business network, servers, computers, HIPAA compliance, and plans for disaster recovery. We give kickass technology support (all hardware, software, and anything that plugs into a computer or associated with a computer) and more. We work with local dental, chiropractic, optical and other medical offices. We believe in the following-

We are looking for kickass Support Technicians whose values align with ours.

Our support technicians are the first point of contact for local end-user support and deliver remote/onsite support to various clients. Afterhours/weekends will be required at various times.

Description of Duties

• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions to consent access to a network.
• Uphold and test security, blocking unapproved access.
• Printer troubleshooting and support.
• Set up computer systems to meet specific business goals.
• Monitor day to day computer performance.
• Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.
• Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, AV systems connections.
• Ensure desktop computers interconnection seamlessly with diverse system keeping in mind for compatibility factors.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
• Endorse and apply upgrades to systems to ensure durability.
• Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues.
• Validate & approve VPN access for all remote users.
• Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.
• Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
• Train and guide staff hardware and software usage.
• Server installation and configuration.

Educational qualification:
Associate’s degree or related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
