Mann Mortgage, a growing multi-state, community anchored, mortgage lending company dedicated to helping aspiring borrowers fulfill the dream of home ownership, has an immediate opening for a full time Marketing Project Manager for our Corporate Headquarters located in Kalispell, MT with flexibility for a hybrid work schedule.

Are you skilled in:

• Managing project requests, content calendars, and scheduling completion deadlines? 

• Ensuring internal customers are satisfied with project results and processes? 

• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders? 

• Inputting data into project management platforms and keeping information up to date?

• Auditing invoices from external vendors and ensuring accurate billing?

• Turning leads into customers and customers into advocates? 

• Representing a brand and building community across marketing platforms? 

• A general understanding of marketing functions? 

• Working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment?

• Effectively communicating status updates in a timely manner? 

Qualifications:

• Experience with project management theory and best practices.

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

• Strong analytical and prioritization skills.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Design skills and experience with Adobe Suite and Photoshop is a plus.
